The five-working-day timetable begins when your confirmed slot starts and the agreed payment, completed questionnaire, final content, images and access are ready. Prompt feedback and approvals are required. Missing information or delayed feedback pauses the timetable; domain or platform processing can affect the public launch.

Domain renewals, paid advertising, subscriptions and other third-party costs are separate unless your proposal expressly includes them. No payment is taken when you enquire.

Payment and year two
The first payment secures the project, followed by 11 monthly payments. After all 12 payments, you can continue with Website Care from £49 a month, subject to the service agreed, or arrange a suitable transfer. Domain renewal is separate.

Why does paying monthly cost more?

The monthly plan costs more overall than paying for the website build upfront. I create the website at the start of the agreement and receive payment over 12 months. The price reflects that payment arrangement and includes hosting, technical care and the stated monthly amendment allowance.

Full copywriting, branding, online shops, complex booking systems, business email hosting and paid software are separate. Your written proposal confirms the full scope and costs before you commit.

Feedback and revisions

Your written proposal sets out the review stages, included rounds of changes and any limits. You can review the work before launch. Additional scope is quoted before it is carried out.

Timing and your content

I agree what you need to supply and when. Build times depend on receiving the required content, images, access and feedback. Priority delivery is confirmed before booking.

Ownership and editing

Your domain remains yours. The proposal names the platform, explains what you can edit, and confirms ownership, handover and transfer arrangements after payment.
