What is not included?+
Full copywriting, logo or brand creation, additional pages, online shops, bespoke booking or payment systems, business email hosting, advertising, social media management, premium domains, paid software and unlimited amendments are not included.
How much support is included each month?+
The plan includes one small content update of up to 30 minutes each month. Unused time does not carry forward. New pages, redesigns and larger changes are quoted separately before work begins.
Can I cancel before the 12 months end?+
This is a 12-month agreement because the website is created at the beginning while the cost and ongoing service are spread across the year. The cancellation, missed-payment and early-termination terms will be stated clearly in the written agreement before you commit.
Can I keep the website after month 12?+
Yes. Once all payments have been made, you can continue with Website Care from £49 a month or arrange a suitable transfer. Your domain remains registered in your name.
