What is not included?+
Logo or brand creation, full copywriting from scratch, additional pages, online shops, bespoke booking or payment systems, membership areas, complex integrations, premium software and multiple revision rounds are not included.
Will the website definitely be live within 24 hours?+
We commit to preparing the approved website for launch within one booked working day. Public launch also depends on receiving the correct domain access and on third-party DNS or platform processing, which we cannot guarantee.
Is hosting included in the £495 price?+
No. Managed website hosting and care is available from £49 a month, or we can confirm the appropriate platform and any third-party cost in your proposal before work begins.
What if I need more than one page?+
Choose Website Starter for up to five pages on the normal 2–4 week schedule, or Express Website Set Up if you need a five-page website within a maximum of five working days.
