Why not just build the website myself?+
You can, but a good business website needs more than attractive pages. We plan the structure, words, customer journey, mobile experience and enquiry points so the finished site looks credible and helps people take action.
Do you only work with new businesses?+
Not at all. We help new businesses launch properly and established businesses improve websites, branding or social profiles that no longer reflect the quality of their work.
Do you work outside Worcestershire?+
Yes. We are based in Worcestershire and work remotely with small businesses throughout the UK.
Pricing & getting started
How much does a small-business website cost?+
Website Starter begins at £495 for up to five pages, normally completed in 2–4 weeks. The One-Day Website is £495 for one page within a booked working day once everything is ready. Express Website Set Up is £999 for a priority build of up to five pages. Managed Website Starter is £149 a month for 12 months (£1,788 total), including hosting and care during the plan. Domain and hosting costs are separate for the one-off packages. Your written proposal confirms the scope and total cost.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Your proposal explains what is included, any optional extras and the ongoing cost if you choose managed hosting or support.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Yes. Payment plans are available for larger projects. The timing and amounts will be agreed clearly before we begin.
What happens after I enquire?+
We arrange a friendly, no-pressure conversation, learn what you need and send a clear proposal covering the work, timescale and price.
Your website
Can my website really be live in less than a week?+
Yes. The Express Website Set Up is completed within a maximum of five working days once your booking payment, completed questionnaire, content, images and required access have been received. Prompt feedback is essential to keep the express timescale.
Will my website work properly on mobile phones?+
Yes. Every website is designed and checked for desktop, tablet and mobile, with readable text, simple navigation and clear enquiry buttons.
What platform will my website use, and will I own it?+
We choose the platform around the project rather than forcing every business onto the same system. Your written proposal names the platform, explains what you can edit, identifies any ongoing costs and confirms the handover or transfer arrangements. Your domain remains yours, and final approved custom work is released for your business use after full payment.
