Eight new listings does not mean unlimited ongoing stock management. We agree how many active adverts we maintain and what counts as one amendment.

A few useful answers.
Is a new website needed?
Not usually. The service works through your existing website or stock-management system where suitable access is available. Your setup is checked before work is agreed. Website rebuilds, development and stock-feed repairs are separate services.
Which websites and advertising platforms can you update?
That depends on your system and permissions. The starting package covers one existing stock-management system. Any connected website or advertising feeds are confirmed before work starts. Separate manual uploads to additional platforms are quoted separately; support for every platform is not assumed.
What information is required?
Complete vehicle details, the correct price and any applicable VAT wording, current mileage, confirmed specification, history and warranty information, plus your original photographs. You confirm the accuracy of the information and your permission to use the photographs. Missing facts are checked with you, not guessed.
How are photographs prepared?
Your supplied photographs can be ordered, cropped and resized for the agreed platform. This does not include on-site photography, advanced retouching, or editing that hides damage or changes the vehicle’s condition.
How quickly are adverts and changes made?
Working hours and turnaround times are agreed in writing after your setup is reviewed. The turnaround starts once all required details, photographs and approvals have been received. Please report sold vehicles and price changes promptly; the weekly review does not replace those notifications.
Are advertising fees or sales enquiries included?
No. Advertising subscriptions and platform charges remain your responsibility. The service does not include answering buyer enquiries, taking deposits, negotiating sales, photography visits or repairing website integrations. Extra work is quoted separately.
Is a smaller trial available?
Yes. Ask about a paid trial covering three listings. The scope and price are agreed after reviewing your system, before you commit to ongoing support.
How much existing stock is covered?
The eight-listing guide refers to new adverts prepared each month, not an unlimited number of active vehicles. Your quote sets the maximum active-stock count, the included price and sold-status amendment allowance, what counts as an amendment, and charges for extra work. The weekly review covers that agreed stock only.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Your written quote confirms the monthly fee, payment schedule, any minimum term and cancellation notice before you accept. These are not assumed to be the same as our website-build packages. No payment is taken when you enquire.
